what are the FLORIDA laws for operating a gas scooter (not a moped) in a neighborhood?

    Als het onder de 50 cc hoeft u geen aansprakelijkheidsverzekering. Als het gaat worden op een openbare weg, van welke aard dan ook, dan moet je kentekenplaten en registratie. Wat bedoel je met "buurt"? Als het een gated community waar de wegen zijn verhard en wordt beheerd door een vereniging van huiseigenaren van een soort en niemand die niet wonen er rijdt door, dan is het prive-eigendom en u kunt doen wat je wilt, onderworpen aan de regels van de vereniging van huiseigenaren. Als het een andere soort weg waar andere mensen rijden, moet worden geregistreerd en u moet beschikken over een rijbewijs te exploiteren.
