How do I diagnose/fix my lafree electric bike?

To start and run fine for about three miles, then exited. It is an Oldies. The bicycle is a Lafree (Giant dealer) and is about 15 years old. I'm working on a bicycle shop and the money is not the issue for fixing the bike, the customer is willing to pay what it costs. The batteries have been replaced.

    Ik stel voor om een Bew fiets. Het is te oud en tot vaststelling van het waarschijnlijk niet de moeite waard. Tot vaststelling van een oud 15 jaar oude fiets zal waarschijnlijk meer kosten dan het ding is actuly waard nu.

    U gebruikt de originele batterij bent u? Dat zou het probleem kunnen zijn.
