lol, I agree with both you guys on those last comments equally. I know it sounds like a contradiction but you are both equally right. BTW, the currie is well under 100 pounds. It is very practical. If you want to talk about unpractical weight-wise, go look at my 120v Ac Power Hawg. I have made several bikes so I have extensive experience in them. I even research ones I don’t make! =). All performance, price and construction info, etc on my channel
How heavy is your setup? Your setup is not really practical for an all around electric bike setup. Good job nonetheless! I would love to see some performance numbers if you have them!

I can go 43mph, and use almost half the batteries, thats kind of a waste of power and money don’t you think? My conversion can cost under 1 grand.

You are right, they are not cheap. You do get what you pay for with these bikes as they are TOP of the line. You cannot get the same performance to weight ratio anywhere. The good thing about a bike is you can ride it on any bike path which you cannot do on a motor bike.
